Postgraduate training for higher nursing education specialists in internship

The necessity to perfect the system of nursing education is considered on the data provided by Krasnodar municipal medical institute of the higher nursing education where twenty nine clinical interns have been receiving postgraduate education in internship on «Nursing Activity Management» specialty since 2008, with 62,5 % of the interns being head nurses of leading MPEs. It is shown that all interns require profound studies in clinical psychology, law, management, marketing, medical statistics, public health services economy, foreign languages, rhetoric, aesthetics, i.e. all the disciplines according to internship academic curriculum. Hence, the higher postgraduate (additional, or continuous medical nursing education) is the necessary tool to perfect the work of a medical institution in the whole.
