Bribery mediation: some law making and law enforcement issues

The article reviews the specific features of constructing the disposition of Article 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. It justifies the limits of punishments for offences according to this article as well as their correlation with sanctions on other corruption crimes. The authors make suggestions on an adjustment of the content of the article under review.
