Постигровые практики участия российских олимпийских и спортивных волонтеров: COVID-контекст

Статья посвящена олимпийским волонтерам, которые принимали участие в организации и проведении Олимпийских и Паралимпийских игр 2014 г., и их участию в волонтерской деятельности после мероприятий. Олимпийская волонтерская программа – первая в России комплексная программа по подготовке и сопровождению, управлению деятельностью волонтеров. Ее участники на протяжении дли-тельного времени проходили подготовку, получили практические навыки волонтерской деятельности в рамках крупных спортивных мероприятий. Однако из-за пандемии COVID-19 у них практически нет возможности принимать участие в олимпийском и околоспортивном событийном волонтерстве. Автором статьи проведена серия социологических опросов, посвященных изучению практик волонтерства, в том числе волонтерского опыта, связанного с пандемией. Особое внимание уделено применению волонтерами знаний и навыков, приобретенных за время участия в олимпийской программе. Отдельно рассматривался вопрос о сохранении олимпийскими волонтерами целостности их сообщества после мероприятия.
