Building an information infrastructure in the modern economic system of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article considers the issues of development and construction of the information infrastructure of the economy in the Kyrgyz Republic (KR), based on the economic and legal framework of information relations. The construction of a modern digital infrastructure should contribute to the development of information and communication technologies (ICT) of the country, thereby ensuring its connection with world information data, including the information infrastructure of the EAEU, which should become a common information system for the interconnection of the CIS countries. The ways and directions of digital transformation of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic based on increasing export-import relations with the EAEU countries are considered. It is determined that the digital economy should be built on a developed information infrastructure, with a mandatory process of ICT development in all sectors of the country's economy. Proposals are made for further improvement of the directions of development of the information infrastructure, taking into account the influence and formation of the country's digital economy in the future.
