The article is devoted to the practical features of building a logistics system for small businesses in the production and sale of furniture. assessment of the development of digitalization of money circulation in Russia. The study was conducted on the example of a small enterprise "Art" LLC. The structure and process of ordering furniture products are considered. According to the results of the study, the problems of the “purchase” stage of the logistics chain, typical for the production of custom-made furniture, were identified.
