Building a Model of Education of Professional and Moral Qualities of Future Medical Workers Based on the “Popadanstvo” Method

The relevance of the search for innovative approaches to the education of professional and moral qualities of future medical workers based on the “popadanstvo” method is substantiated. The defi nitions of the main concepts of the subject-categorical fi eld of research are clarifi ed: morality, moral education, moral readiness of a future medical worker for professional activity, moral qualities and professional and moral position of a specialist, educational environment, virtual space, cybersocialization. The necessary characteristics, signifi cant moral and professional qualities of the future medical worker are highlighted. The features of the virtual environment as a space of personal development of young people, the specifi cs of cybersocialization, and the modern student as a network personality are determined. The idea of creating an educational environment as an “intermediate matrix”, a transitional model combining the ideal and familiar areas of existence for an individual, is put forward. The essence of the modeling process and productive approaches to its implementation are defi ned. The prospects for further research activities are outlined: the defi nition of the specifi c content of the educational process, the identifi cation of conditions for its eff ectiveness, the development and testing of a model for the education of professional and moral qualities of future medical workers based on the “popadanstvo” method.
