The article presents a method for determining the level of coordination abilities of female students engaged in wellness aerobics, which involves mastering a complex program of motor actions, including simple and alternative steps of classical aerobics, with musical accompaniment. The basis of the proposed method for assessing the level of motor coordination is the ability to process information coming from outside for a minimum period of time. The average time to complete unexpected motor tasks allow us to classify them into following coordination levels: high, medium and low. Test measurements provide the teacher with opportunity to arrange students in accordance with their physical abilities for expanding the range of perception of complex motor program. Organization of educational process taking into account coordination abilities makes it possible to improve the efficiency of visual mark use and to reduce significantly the time for mastering wellness aerobics.
