Construction of educational process at university level - modern understanding and approaches

Key approaches to the modern educational process at Russian universities are viewed as humanitarian, authoritarian and pedocentric. Authors also study levels of importance of pedagogical influence on students during the educational process. Special attention is given to the ability of educational staff to deal with education and principles of specially organized educational process.
