Posttraumatic regeneration of bone tissue (part 1)

Real data about peculiarities of morphofunctional organization of bone tissue cells and changes in case of osteohistogenesis found using modern investigation methods are analyzed in the article. Presence of quite contradictionary opinions about osteoblast capabilities for proliferation, about reality of osteoblasts differentiation into osteoclasts is noted. The author accentuates that studying regularities of posttraumatic osteohistogenesis from positions of tissue cell-differone organization has great potential for solving some urgent issues of field and traumatic surgery and orthopedy
