The potential of the "movement of the first" in the formation of teenagers' interest in teaching activities

Choosing a professional path is an important part of any person's life. The realization of a student's sphere of interest through socially significant activities is one of the factors that influence this choice. The article will consider the peculiarities of the influence of the children's movement, in particular, the Movement of the First and the Russian Movement of schoolchildren on the development of teenagers' interest in teaching. In the course of the study, an analysis of key concepts was carried out, the potential of the «Movement of the First» was studied in the context of the problem of choosing a professional path. Also, the author considered the issue of mentoring as a kind of core in the activity of the Movement, influencing the development of leadership qualities in a teenager, as well as orienting him to organizational or even pedagogical activities.
