The article deals with the estimation of competitiveness of the dairy enterprises in the Perm region, which are in tough competitive activity with each other. The quantitative estimation of the enterprise competitiveness allows to take correct management decisions. The calculations of the level of consumer satisfaction with the dairy products are done.
