The analysis of the financial planning system has been carried out, the key problems of ensuring the financial stability of the organization have been identified. As part of the development of the anti-crisis plan, specific recommendations have been proposed, grouped into key areas of financial recovery, focused on stopping unprofitability and achieving operational profitability.
