Enhancement of target focus of the first stage of training law enforcement officers to participate in counter-terrorist operations

The researchers note that training of law enforcement officers to participate in counter-terrorist operations runs through two stages. The first stage is studying at Russian MIA higher educational organizations. The second one consists of training at the place of temporary location. It is necessary to increase the target focus of the first stage.
