Efficiency improvement of the state and municipal policy in the sphere of guarantee and trade in RB

Today, the guardianship and trusteeship bodies have an important function for the social sphere, since the high quality of life of minors and disabled citizens depends on them. This article addresses the issue of the functioning of the guardianship and guardianship bodies in the Republic of Bashkortostan, analyzes statistical data for the republic and suggests promising ways to improve the efficiency of guardianship and guardianship at the present stage.
