Improving the efficiency of the mechanisms for managing the regional industry socio-economic system

The article discusses and proposes the recommendations for the development of methods and mechanisms for improving the efficiency of managing the regional industry socio-economic system and their possible use by executive authorities. It has been established that regional industry socio-economic system determines the attractiveness of the region for investors, and sets the pace of economic development, growth in the level and quality of life of the population, and environmental sustainability. We have revealed that at the regional level the interests of the subjects of macro-, meso- and micro-levels of the economy, as well as the population, public organizations, state and municipal authorities are joined on the basis of the mechanism of strategic partnership. This mechanism allowed us to develop the organizational and methodological foundations for the development of regional industry socio-economic system and ensure its attractiveness.
