Increasing the effectiveness of administrative responsibility measures for violation of legislation on elections and referendums

Administrative liability provided for by law for violations committed during the preparation and conduct of elections and referendums is a means of ensuring electoral rights and a measure of restoring the rule of law. The article attempts to highlight problematic issues of the effectiveness of administrative liability measures in the area under consideration and formulates corresponding proposals.
