Improving the efficiency of pedagogical instruction as the element of return teaching communication in the process of weightlifters’ technology jerk improvement

The use of pedagogical instruction to improve the weightlifters’ competitive reliability by means of generating motor coordination of lifting weights limit, using the average intensity of exercise performed again and the series of five climbs was analyzed.
