Improving the efficiency of the process professional and applied physical training of managerial workers

The proposed article raises the issue of improving the effectiveness of professionally applied physical culture of managerial workers in the Orel region. The implementation of pedagogical conditions consisted of certain blocks: physical, educational, evaluative. Each block included certain criteria. The physical unit was responsible for the development of specific physical qualities necessary for the professional activity of managerial workers. The educational block included training information to help the employee maintain his physical and mental level of readiness for professional activity. The implementation of the control helped to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the pedagogical conditions of the experimental program. To increase the effectiveness of professional and applied physical culture of managerial workers in the Orel region, it is necessary to apply pedagogical conditions that include: material and technical support for professional and applied physical training; software and methodological support of professionally applied physical training; implementation of physical culture and sports for managerial workers; means of physical culture based on sports games and gymnastics; psychophysical training; correction of professionally applied physical training; control of the level of preparedness of managerial workers.
