Increasing the efficiency of the flour seeding machine by modernizing the working body

Research has been carried out to study the operational performance of the flour sifting machine. The optimal speed of the electric motor (400 rpm) was established experimentally. When the speed of the electric motor is above 400 per minute, the auger becomes clogged with flour. One of the ways to solve this problem is seen in the improvement of the flour sifting process by modernizing the auger flour sifter and increasing the efficiency of its work. To eliminate clogging of the auger and improve the efficiency of flour sifting, we propose to increase the pitch of the flour sifter auger.
