Estimating individual radiation risks for the personnel of the state corporation Rosatom could contribute to the improvement of effectiveness of the social protection measures

Estimating individual radiation risks in accordance with the international standards is suggested to contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness of social protection measures for the personnel of the State Corporation Rosatom covered by individual dosimetry monitoring. Target indicators for the personnel management based on groups under increased radiation risk formed with regard to new standards of radiation safety were put in use. Numerical target indicators for the personnel of the Productive Association Mayak covered by individual dosimetry monitoring are presented. Perspectives of the use of the developed technology in nuclear industry are discussed.
