Improving the quality of education in the context of the dialogue of the European and Eurasian cooperation

The article considers international approaches to improving the quality of higher education as the main factor that ensures sustainable development of the state. The possibilities created by the Bologna process, the European and Eurasian integration are considered with regard to national peculiarities. The role of network universities and other international organizations, created in order to harmonize the education systems of different countries, is shown. The opportunities for participation and benefits obtained from international cooperation are examined on the example of SPbSUE. The recommendations to the Parliaments and Governments of the CIS member states on improving the quality of education in the CIS member states developed with the participation of the author are analyzed.
