Teachers’ professional development in the field of theory and methods of upbringing

The present article considers actual problems of the teacher professional development organization and ways to solve them. Training of specialists in professional development system is considered as purposeful activities for forming experts readiness and ability to solve actual problems in the field of minors upbringing and socialization. In the article author provides the analysis of educational program of the training course “theory and methods of upbringing in teachers’ postgraduate education”. Author also describes technological aspects of realization of this educational program which are aimed at creating conditions for the formation and development of upbringing system potential of educational institution by means of development of educational institution innovative potential in the field of upbringing and modeling of local upbringing systems, based on methodological and technological support of upbringing process.
