The increase of media activity of local community in order to create an active social media environment (by the example of a town Ozyory, Moscow region)

In article the author analyzes such concepts as environment, area, media environment. Properties and characteristics of a media environment are marked out for the first time, the concept "socially active media environment" is formulated, the interrelation between a media activity of local community (town Ozyory, the Moscow region) and formation of socially active media invironment is established. Some results of large-scale sociological research of citizens are given, and also primary analysis of the Ozyory`s media environment is submitted. A number of the media technologies used at the edition of the newspaper «Your town-O zyory» is considered. Besides in the article author gives a number of practical recommendations for administration of the territory and other categories of citizens.
