This article explains the need to include training and professional development of high school teachers as а component of the model of education of students' tolerance. The main idea of teachers’ coursers is to give them the knowledge how to teach students the implementation of moral choice in the logic of its phases, how to use the methods of education of students’ tolerance in the learning process, in extracurricular educational activities, during the production practice, how to design and implement the content of the process of familiarizing students to values, forming a series of values of tolerance, etc.
