Against the background of a general decline in health indicators and physical condition of the population, the health status of women requires special attention and care. In modern life, environmental and economic problems have significantly aggravated; it is characterized by constant nervous overstrain and muscle inactivity. Added to these problems is the problem of excess body weight as a result of insufficient physical activity. A lot of modern professions associated with a regime of limited physical activity, insufficient physical activity, leads to cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders and functions of the musculoskeletal system. The article discusses interval training, which helps women to normalize and optimize body weight, which also helps to reduce the number of neuroses and abnormalities in the activity of the cardiovascular system. Exercise is the best way to maintain health and improve performance. Performance is associated with fatigue. The development of fatigue depends on a person's state of health and their level of physical fitness. In the practical life of a person, moderate training can reduce the degree of fatigue. By performing functional exercises, women can improve their performance.
