Increase of productivity of management by activity of the higher educational institution by the estimation of satisfaction of internal consumers

Results of working out and development of a technique of an estimation of satisfaction of internal consumers for conditions South Ural State Medical University of Ministry of Health of Russia created on the basis of a technique “Servqual” are reflected. Process “the Estimation of satisfaction of internal consumers” is developed (it is described by the process passport, is visualised by the petal diagramme and the sequence diagramme, are developed analytical models of estimated indicators, are established their criteria, four categories of satisfaction which are in a range from 2,5 to 5,0. Economic result - total benefit from activity improvement, achievement of steady success of high school on the basis of prevention of occurrence of discrepancies at early stages, decrease in quantity of external and internal refusals, reductions of labour input of management by processes on 20 %, increases of stability of performance of processes on 25 %.
