Rising of flax resistances to anthracnose (Colletotrichum lini Manns et Bolley) by in vitro methods
Бесплатный доступ
To increase resistance of fiber flax genotypes to anthracnose, it is possible to use biotechnological methods: in vitro selection combined with the culture of immature embryos and selective medium Sh-2. The culture filtrate of anthracnose added to the nutrient medium for the differentiation of flax genotypes resistance may consist of a mixture of strongly virulent (680, 677*), medium virulent (674) and weakly virulent (674*) strains which are taken at equal concentrations of 9 mL per a liter of each strain. In this case, the amount of formed morphogenic callus and the field resistance of the genotype to anthracnose are similar in their values. And it is possible to determine a nature of resistance. When crossing fiber flax lines, obtained after in vitro selection, and susceptible varieties, resistance in future generations is generally not inherited. In our experiment, combinations of NE-38 x Lenok and NE-38 x Rosinka using resistant form NE-38 became exceptions.
