Cognitive function of social and labour relations in change management

The article gives the description of the methodical approach to solving the problem of employee resistance to change. It provides evidence that the essentials of labour management are social and labour relations. Direct impacts upon such functional characteristics of theirs as labour conflict and labour opportunism would reduce the resistance potential and make implementation of changes more effective and successful.
