The article discusses knowledge management and education management as processes of refinement, change and correlation of the pragmatic scope (of cognition and action), determined by positions of individual and collective bearers of it. The author describes a fundamental set of the positions in education management and their cognitive filters. Implementation of the recursive model in education management is suggested on this basis.
