Language in the political field... is a weapon of those who have no arguments. Language is a living, dynamic phenomenon that is updated and developed to keep pace with changes occurring in various knowledge, philosophical, political, media and other fields. In the current era, people can no longer limit the flow of speech they receive and understand its content. Today, language has become the basis of human communication between individuals and groups. The purpose of this study is to shed new light on political discourse in terms of ideas and interpretations, since this discourse is completely different from other discourses. In it, allusion requires important procedural means to arrive at it and be able to interpret it, and these means play an important role in transforming political discourse from a formal aspect that stops at the boundaries of the sentence without connecting it with other important elements that surround it; that is, without taking into account the product of discourse, its status and its relationship with addressees. Accordingly, these strategic characteristics are embodied in all its dimensions, in terms of familiarity with all the means that it uses
