The purpose of scientific research is the practical implementation of a functional model for the effective forming a business communication culture among students of military universities. This model was based on some approaches, namely, systemic, activity-based, axiological, and cultural. The main structural components of the functional model are information-value, cognitive, activity-based and reflexive-evaluation. Students of military universities are acquired a business communication skills in several stage such as cognitive, motivational, activity-based and practice-tentative, this advantage to the forming a motivational-value attitude to professional communication among students. Military students also receive communicative knowledge and the ability to determine communicative problem. They gain an experience in analyzing and solving communicative problem-situations and show personal qualities in professional communication. The practical task of the research was to form a business communication culture and to actualize the process of its formation among students of military universities. To solve the task, theoretical methods were used such as analysis of thesis research; comparative analysis of philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical literature; and study and generalization of advanced pedagogical experience. The relevance of the research topic related to the high requirements of the state order and society for the personality of the officer and his communicative competence. The business communication culture is an inalienable aspect of the professional activity of military personnel. The analysis of the training military students shows that insufficient attention is given to this problem. The need to study this problem is acquiring scientific-practical and topicality importance to find solutions for its implementation in educational institutions of the Russian Federation.
