Practical relevance of contrast-enhanced myocardial magnetic resonance imaging with pharmacologic stress-test in diagnosis of ischemic heart disease (brief communication)

The article presents a case study of the use of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with stress test in young patient with cardiac pain syndrome of uncertain genesis. Based on obtained results, the authors conclude that the use of MRI with contrast enhancement and pharmacological stress test contributes to both improved diagnosis and better selection of the optimal treatment strategy in every given case.
