The article analyzes the system and principles of internal training center of a retail company on the federal level on the basis of pharmacy chain 36.6. The system and principles for subdivision operation are considered; special projects to solve operational business targets and strengthening of strategic competitiveness are dealt with; common issues faced by traders in the process of training and retraining of staff are given; recommendations for the solution of the problems, received through the practical implementation of training center projects, are studied.
