A currently topical problem of realizing the cybernetic approach in professional education is discussed. It is noted that the process of forming the information competence of specialists of college education can be effectively built if the concepts of thecybernetic approach in controlling students’ educational activities are taken into consideration. Subsystems of controlling the cybernetic approach in college education are revealed: objective, didactic, content, subjective, components and results. The didactic system that includes management strategies, modern software and iconography is described in detail.
