Practical recommendations for increasing motivation in accommodation establishments

The article discusses the main types and methods of motivation of the personnel of the hotel enterprise, recommendations for its improvement through the use of various corporate events. The author specifies that a main objective of development and practical use of systems of motivation of personnel at the enterprises is the possibility of introduction of the new principles of human resource management. It is noted that the system of stimulation is a derivative from administrative and legal methods of management. Development of the system of motivation has to satisfy, first of all, needs of workers and answer strategic objectives of the enterprise. In the conclusion the author comes to a conclusion that the motivation in human resource management is understood as process of activization of motives of workers (internal motivation) and creations of incentives (external motivation) for their motivation to effective work and can be broken into identification of requirements, formation and development of motives, management by them for the purpose of change of the behavior of people necessary for realization of the purposes, correction of motivational process depending on extent of achievement of results.
