В этом обзоре обсуждены преимущества и недостатки различных энергий, применяемых в хирургии. Когда мы рассматриваем термальные повреждения, монополярная хирургия дает их больше, чем ультразвук. Ультразвук обеспечивает лучшее заваривание малых сосудов, а электрохирургия - больших. АBС более эффективна на неровной поверхности, но она опасна газовой эмболией. Лазер очень дорог и на сегодня предназначен для гинекологических лапароскопических операций. Что касается продолжительности операции, то она наименьшая при использовании ультразвука.
