Practical implementation FMEA-analysis during production of ketchup

The application FMEA – analyze reviewed by the example of the production of ketchup in JSC “Kazan fat industrial complex”. The purpose was to detect possible inconsistencies in the production of ketchup, their causes and conseguences, and planning for activities in relation to inconsistencies with the use of FMEA – Process.
