The practice of evaluation of satisfaction of students on the basis of opinion polls

The article is devoted to the practice of studying the satisfaction of students in educational institutions, the features and possibilities of using sociological methods. The author gives an experience of application of sociological questionnaires at research of satisfaction of students in the Volga region Institute of management - branch of RANEPA.
