Practice of re-training mediators in military educational institutions

Currently, the judicial system in Russia is in the process of reform. This is connected with the solution of a whole range of issues: increasing the availability of justice, reducing budget expenditures for the maintenance of the judicial system, reducing the burden on judges. At the same time, close attention is paid to alternative methods of resolving judicial disputes, in particular, the mediation procedure. The article discusses the practice of training and retraining of military personnel by profession as a mediator.
