The practice of implementing the technology of pedagogical support for the professional activities of teachers in the digital community

The process of development and implementation of the electronic course “Electronic Document Management Systems” in “MIREA - Russian Technological University” is considered. The importance of the digital community and its impact on the education system is analyzed. Pedagogical conditions for increasing the level of professional competencies of teachers are identified: continuous professional development, organization of learning communities, promotion of the institution of mentoring, stimulation of reflective practices, providing teachers with access to educational resources and technologies.
