The practice of creating a unified educational space of professional educational organization and city-forming enterprise under conditions of the single-industry town

The revival of the working dynasties that ensure the development of a self-suffi cient personality, freely realized in a dynamically changing economic space, and which are the personnel base for the growth of the industry of single-industry towns, is possible through social partnership with a city-forming enterprise and, as a result, the creation of a single educational space with it. The article summarizes the practical experience of interaction between the Ashinsky Industrial College (hereinafter — the “AIT”) and the Ashinsky Metallurgical Plant (hereinafter — the “AMZ”), as a result of which joint work is carried out to form a mature personality of a qualifi ed specialist. The results of such a joint activity are summarized and positive changes are noted both for the college and for the enterprise. They consist in increasing the number of students, improving the quality of training of future specialists, improving the image of the enterprise, providing qualifi ed specialists, reviving working dynasties. The results of this work may be of interest to educational institutions that carry out educational activities in a single-industry town.
