Rights of share property shareholders in the general assembly

The article is devoted to the development of land legislation, in particular, the legal regulation of the general meeting of participants in shared ownership of agricultural land. The analysis of the possibilities of solving the issues of ownership, use and disposal of a land plot in common shared ownership has been carried out. Theoretical conclusions are made about the possibility and feasibility of expanding the possibilities for the disposal of a common land plot. Practical recommendations are given for improving land legislation by making appropriate changes to the Federal Law «On the turnover of agricultural land».
