Human right: problem statement

Nowadays more than ever such a vision of law is required where the measures of all things are the welfare of socio-legal life of each person and citizen. It is not just consideration, respect for the interests of the individual, and about human dimension of law. And this totally different approach which is expressed a fundamentally different view on the law. The present article takes note specifically on this aspect of understanding human right.
