The right to appeal judicial acts as the condition of security of the interests of the person: problems and the ways of their solutions

On the basis of statistical information and analysis of judicial practice and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the problem of ensuring the security of the interests of the individual in civil proceedings is examined. It is established that the existing limitation of judicial acts in civil cases on the property qualification violates the interests of the individual. In this regard, it is proposed to amend the existing legislation to ensure the security of the interests of the individual.
