The right of prisoners to education (review of modern research)

The article examines the basic principles of the realization of the right to education of convicts in educational colonies, the organizational requirements for ensuring this activity. The main problems raised in the works of modern researchers on this topic are highlighted. It is emphasized that the realization of the right to education by convicts is one of the main conditions for their re-socialization.
