The issues of honor and dignity protection of employees are analyzed. Regret is expressed that Article 26 of the European Social Charter (adopted in 1961 by Council of Europe) was not ratified by the Russian Federation. Yet ratification of European social charter by the Russian Federation is mentioned as a significant event as it assists formation and development of Russia as a social state.
