Ownership and property in the Russian Federation

This article examines the basic concept of property rights and property in general, the essence and legal relationship of the concepts of "property" and "property right" and provides the views of theoretical scholars who are associated with the definition of property rights. It also examines the differentiation of ownership, use and disposal.
