The article analyzes the peculiarities of law-interpretative acts as an auxiliary means of the implementation of municipal and legal policy. They are noted to be derivative in relation to the normative-legal acts, but their role in legal policy is difficult to overestimate, because they are able to ensure the qualitative legal policy holding in almost all directions. Their function is to specify municipal legal norms established by the legislator for their proper and effective implementation.
