Powers of Russian police officers to use firearms in comparison with the powers of US and UK police officers

The article analyzes legal acts on the use of firearms by law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, the United States and the United Kingdom. The disadvantages and advantages of police powers in each country are presented. The main differences in the use of firearms by police officers in the compared countries are presented as conclusions.
