The law enforcement function of the state in the context of the functioning of internal affairs bodies: implementation features

The study of issues related to the specifics of the implementation of the law enforcement function of the state, today is one of the conditions for improving the effectiveness of regulation of public relations in the context of building a partnership model of interaction between society and the state. The authors, analyzing in theoretical and legal and administrative aspects the law enforcement function of the state from the perspective of the functioning of internal affairs bodies as one of the main elements of the law enforcement system of the state, formulate and justify a set of measures aimed at improving the activities of internal affairs bodies in the light of increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of law enforcement functions in the state.
